本規約は、株式会社ARCELF（以下「当社」）が運営する arcelf.com（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。お客様には本規約に同意のうえご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Service govern your use of arcelf.com (the "Services") operated by ARCELF Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

ユーザーは正確な情報を提供し、アカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • 他者への迷惑・誹謗中傷 / Harassment or defamation of others
  • リバースエンジニアリング / Reverse engineering of the Services
  • スクレイピング・自動化アクセス（ボット）/ Scraping or automated access (bots)

■商品・サービス / Products & Services

すべての商品は受注生産です。詳細は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」をご確認ください。商品の仕様・価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。

All products are made to order. Please refer to our Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure for details. Product specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

■免責 / Disclaimer of Liability

  • システム障害・天災・配送遅延等、当社の合理的支配を超える事由による損害は免責します。
    We are not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including system failures, natural disasters, or shipping delays.
  • 商品画像と実物には、手仕事ゆえの個体差があります。
    As all items are handcrafted, slight variations may exist between product images and the actual item received.

■準拠法・裁判管轄 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

■改定 / Changes to These Terms

本規約は予告なく改定する場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
